Our mission is to enable and inspire companies and startups to innovate better and faster through optimized collaboration. To face growing complexity, simplicity is key in all our trainings and workshops. We also believe that structure and fun are essential for productivity and behavioral change and thus include them in everything we do.

Product development, running big projects, people empathy or detailed startup work are his strong suit. Growing up in ICT he optimized customer experience and processes. Switching to a big consultancy and founding his own platform-startup rounded up his strategic knowledge.

With nearly 20 years experience in leadership and change projects, Fritz is an old hand when it comes to an innovative mindset. Rebuilding areas in marketing, sales, cust.- experience or personal development and eventually developing an app-business makes him an allrounder in business topics.

The DAY8 story
“We first met 2009, while working on corporate projects in the customer experience and process optimization area. After starting our own startups some years later next to our daily jobs, we more and more realized, that we both are driven by the same values while functioning very differently. Being aware that opposites can be a great complement to one’s own abilities, we started talking about our dreams to bring innovations to life and change the world for the better. The first idea was to start some of our own business ideas after learning world-leading methods and tools to reduce failure risk. To finance, we would simply help and teach others the tools we learned and tested. We got stuck with the latter and the rest is history…”

Our values reflect what we intrinsically believe and do every day. Those values are both our core competencies and our goal where we want to improve. They drive us, help us make the right decisions, steer us towards better solutions, and give us the energy always to give our best. Those four dimensions are what we stand for and from where we derive behaviour but also our methods and tools that we train and use in every workshop. We are proud of them, and everyone who has heard us speaking about what we do knows that there is a strong flame burning in us.
