To make things stick, we have a #Coaching-Session a few weeks after to discuss all obstacles you are facing when applying your learnings.
❓ HOW DOES IT WORK ❓
Our program consists out of 5 topics, spread into six 2h-after-work-sessions plus a coaching session a few weeks after the training to help you with any obstacle you face implementing your learnings.
It is a big mashup between theory, exercises, and reflection. So yes, you will learn, but you will also try out, discuss, and plan what to take with you.

All in all 13hours of interactive training packed with theory, exercises, and reflection rounds. Ah yes, and not to forget, we will have some fun as well, as #fun is an essential part of successful innovation and collaboration 😉.
