About a year ago we listened to the podcast of Lego on how they started running Design Sprints throughout the company and became a strong player on the market again. After trying to teach their staff about #DesignThinking and #Agile, realizing that it takes too long, they started running Design Sprints at scale so people could experience how working differently boosts outcomes and fun at work.
This week our Co-Founder Rafa found an article on how Lego partnered with Ikea to build boxes. And again we are blown away. Simple boxes you ask? Yes. Just have a look and you’ll know what we mean.

Lego just does so many things right in the last years. Partnering with Ikea on this is one more successful step into people’s living rooms. We fully believe in #partnerships and also do we believe in #DesignSprints and similar workshops we run. This might be a result you get out of it. Just awesome :).
