SUMMARY:Design Sprint Bootcamp (2d)
DESCRIPTION:Register on Eventbrite\n\n\n\nDesign Sprint Bootcamp: You will learn and practice the process\, exercises\, and hurdles to be able to run your own first Design Sprints.\n\n\n\n\nIn this hands-on bootcamp you will learn and practise the process and tools of the Design Sprint framework.\n \n1. About Design Sprints\nThe Design Sprint is a 4-5 day process originally designed by Google to answer business critic questions faster\, more reliable and with more fun. \nIt was first built to speed up product or service development. After 4 days there will not only be a detailed briefing to build the product but also real customer feedback on what is important. \nThe Design Sprint can not only be used to develop products or services. Other big questions like strategy or processual can be answered with its working principles as well. \nIt is a hands-on workshop where everyone’s ideas are built into a final solution without the biases and group dynamics that usually hold back businesses to succeed when it comes to find user centric solutions. \n\n\n\n2. What you will learn\nAt the end of this training you will: \n\nknow for what topics a Design Sprint will help you solve your challenge\nknow the process steps and tools used\nbe able to explain the methods and advantages to others\nfeel confident to run a first Design Sprint on your own\nknow about the evolvement from version 1 (book) to 2.0 (AJ) to 3.o by Design Sprint Academy and how we derive our Sprints from the 3.0 process adding ideation and some of our own tweaks.\n\nTo learn more about facilitation skills\, we run specific 1d facilitation trainings to make you a better Sprint facilitator. (DS Masterclass certification). In our facilitation trainings we will talk about organizational and psychologic questions and about challenges regarding group behaviour and hurdles for each used tool plus how to build flexible workshops. \n  \n\n\n\n\n3. SUMMARY:Kollaboration in Zeiten von Home-Office (1h - gratis)
Cal Newport\, Autor von Deep Work. \n\n\n\n\n“When only three per cent of a workforce is remote\, managers can get away with business as usual. When that number climbs to thirty per cent\, fundamental changes to the nature of work become necessary. Before the pandemic\, we were already suffering through a productivity crisis\, in which we seemed to be working longer hours\, glued to screens and drowning in e-mails. The solutions that make remote work sustainable—more structure and clarity\, less haphazardness—may also help fix these other long-standing problems in knowledge work. Work that is remote-friendly for some may be better work for all.” Way – Trainings methods\n  \nLearning by Doing\nOur trainings are hands-on.
